Circuit training classes in Chorlton Park Saturdays at 10.45am and midweek at 6pm. £4pp. Maximum gathering of 6 people. The CT classes will include boxing drills. Separate 121 or 122 PT boxing fitness sessions, which will include padwork, are also available. First 2 sessions are 50% off.

I highly recommend the boxing sessions with Tom. He is an extremely patient, passionate and always positive coach. His lessons are always carefully prepared and he knows how to adapt in case of problems. I hurt myself a few weeks ago and despite that I don’t miss any session with him. I'm Tom based in Chorlton, Manchester. I'm a qualified Personal Trainer and certified Boxing Fitness Instructor from the Hatton Academy
I'm am offering Boxing & tabata personal training one to one and two to one classes at Chorlton park, Nell lane weekdays and weekends. Prices are very reasonable. Small classes are also available. Boxing classes consist of pad work, skipping, speed ball & core  and strength conditioning and last 45m. Tabata classes are HIIT and last 25m. They also include some  boxing pad work exercises. Brill way to get fit in the fresh air. Contact me for further details. 18 to 65+ men and women welcome.
